Our approach to Weight Management & Body Sculpting begins with helping you to examine your health and identify your goals. Then, we create a personalized training plan tailored specifically to your goals, and empowering you with the knowledge and the motivation and focus needed to achieve your goals. To monitor your progress, we schedule a measurement and photo session every 6 weeks.
For Body Sculpting, we help our clients achieve lean, firm, and beautiful muscle tone—not just bulk muscle. We’ll teach you how to firm up your body, provide guidance on proper form so that our clients avoid injuries and enjoy the best results from the exercises. Often, we create an exercise plan to tone specific parts of the body in addition to overall body toning. Some common examples of spot-specific toning include targeting the abs, glutes, or triceps. These body sculpting exercises use dumbbells, barbells, body weight, and many other tools.
For Weight Loss, we focus mostly on cardio-based training. We provide varied cardio workout plans involving circuit training, combining several different exercises in a simple routine that keeps the heart rate up. In addition to exercise, we recommend that our clients consult with our nutritionist in order to approach weight loss through both exercise and diet.
