Our nutritionist comes with education, experience and passion for working with individuals like you. She will help you optimize your diet through effective and sustainable behaviour changes. She provides guidance and support along with personalized meal plans designed based on your lifestyle, medical history, food preferences, and physical activity.

Choose between an in-person consultation at our studio or a phone/video consultation, and book your visit online.

Fill out the form and the 3-day food journal that you will receive via email after booking your consultation.

We believe that all aspects of our client’s needs—nutritional, environmental, psychological, physical and social—must be seen as a whole in order to achieve optimal health and total well-being. During the 1-hour consultation, your nutritionist gathers information about your lifestyle, food preferences, challenges and more, with the goal of getting a complete picture of your lifestyle, preferences, and challenges. She will also answer any questions or specific concerns that you may have.

If you are on the Jumpstart or Transformational packages, after thorough analysis of your food journal and information that your nutritionist gathered during the consultation, she will put together a customized meal plan for you. She will email it to you within two days of your meeting.

During this time, your nutritionist will answer all your questions about your meal plan and provide support and motivation to make sure you’re staying on track. Check-ins are scheduled during the consultation and can take up to 30 minutes.
