A large number of our fitness clients are between the ages of 55 and 80. We understand that the goals of our older clients can differ from the goals of someone in their twenties. We also understand the key health issues that older adults face, such as maintaining balance, ensuring healthy bone density, maintaining a healthy body weight, and working to maintain high degrees of mobility as the body continues to evolve over time. Our large repertoire of training techniques makes it possible for us to create highly tailored programs that can easily accommodate previous injuries and steadily develop strength and mobility in targeted areas.
